Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Rich AI Consulting LLC (“Rich AI Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit richaiconsulting.com, submit one of our forms, schedule a meeting with us, or speak with our AI phone agent.
Information we collect
Information you give us. Depending on which form you use, we collect:
- AI Assessment intake: your name, title, company name, industry, company size, email address, the phone number you intend to call us from, and your consent choices.
- Intro-call scheduling page: your name, company name, and email address.
- Anything you choose to share during a call or meeting about how your business runs.
Call recordings and transcripts. Calls with our AI phone agent are recorded and transcribed so we can prepare your assessment. The agent identifies itself as an AI and discloses recording at the start of the call, and your consent is captured on the intake form before you call. If you call us from a number you previously submitted, we use that number to recognize you and connect the call to your intake details.
Scheduling data.If you book a meeting, scheduling is handled by Calendly. We pass your name and email to Calendly to pre-fill the booking form; Calendly’s own privacy policy governs the data it collects.
Technical data. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free website analytics (aggregate page views, referrers, device type — no cross-site tracking and no advertising identifiers), and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
How we use your information
- To recognize you when you call and link your call to your intake.
- To schedule and conduct meetings, and to produce and deliver your custom AI Assessment report and any follow-up.
- To communicate with you about your assessment, your booking, or your inquiry — including sending a payment link for the report.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your phone number or email for unrelated marketing.
How we share information
We share personal information only with the service providers that run our stack, and only as needed to deliver the service: our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase), the AI voice platform that powers our phone agent (Retell AI), our scheduling provider (Calendly), our email provider (Resend), and a payment processor when you pay for a report. These providers process your data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business (in which case this policy continues to apply to your data).
Where your data lives
We are a U.S. business and our services are hosted in the United States. If you use the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver your assessment or engagement and to meet legal, tax, and operational requirements, then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below. We will verify your request and respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor those requests regardless of which state you are in. If you do not consent to call recording, we cannot provide the phone-based assessment — you can schedule a meeting with us instead.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and — where the change meaningfully affects how we handle data you already gave us — by emailing you.
